Nothing on CaseTrack should be construed as legal advice, and reliance on any information from CaseTrack without consulting a qualified immigration attorney is solely at your own risk.

4. Not Affiliated with USCIS

CaseTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency. Processing times displayed are user-reported and do not represent official government data.

5. User Submissions

By submitting data to CaseTrack, you:

• Represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Grant CaseTrack a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, and aggregate your submission as part of the platform's data
• Agree not to submit false or misleading information
• Agree not to submit personally identifying information about other individuals without their consent

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit spam, false, or malicious data to corrupt the dataset
• Attempt to identify individuals from their submissions
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASETRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON PROCESSING TIME DATA.
